Reflecting on the Color of My Skin

Hello world, Ray here. This has been a tough week for all of us, but the team in the cage would like to openly stand for inclusion, equality, and justice for all. We understand that we are all human, and humans make mistakes, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse for condoning hatred and deception. I would like to share a video made by Marques Brownlee, a tech reviewer on YouTube. This is a response to an article by Neil Degrasse Tyson, an acclaimed scientist. Marques talks about what it’s like growing up marginalized for his race and reflects what that means to him.

I’m very aware that I’m not the most elegant when it comes to weaving words, but words are tools used to portray ideas, and I hopefully inserted some more positive ideas into the world. I would also like to include a link that lists resources like videos, podcasts, and literature that covers anti-racism as a theme. Stay safe, stay sane, and stay united against racism.
