Dance Performance Program Open House

Hello Dancers!

We are excited to spend the day with you and give you the unique opportunity to experience a day in the life of our dance students in the Centennial College Dance Performance Program.

Your day will start at 8:30 a.m., where we will place you into groups working with our current first and second year students for the day.

Please arrive by 8:15 a.m.

Your first class starts at 9 a.m. and you will take part in the following classes:

• 9 a.m. – warm up
• Ballet
• Lyrical
• Contemporary
• Acrobatics
• Lunch
• Hip-hop
• Jazz
• 4-4:30 p.m. – Q & A. Parents are welcome to attend the Q&A session.

If you have already applied for the program, please notify me of this before the classes start (bring your resume) as we will use this opportunity as your audition into the program. We will then be able to assess you throughout the day. However this is up to you as you can always attend the auditions starting in January.

Please bring dance attire and shoes appropriate for the classes you will be doing on the day.
