Thinking Outside the “White Cube” – New Ways of Creating and Experiencing the Arts
Join us on February 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Arts Ahead 2025 as we reimagine traditional presentation methods within the arts by moving beyond conventional spaces such as “white cube” galleries. We will re-examine how we produce art by centring creativity and emphasizing community in the Tkaronto arts sector.
Through a series of panels and interactive workshops, Arts Ahead 2025 will delve into art-making’s intrinsic value, moving beyond commercial production. The event will spotlight catharsis and community building while exploring innovative presentation forms that engage diverse communities.
