Portfolio Requirements
There are two compulsory parts to the portfolio (A and B) plus optional components as described below.
A
One sample of your media work in either of these two forms:
1. Your own short video (up to five minutes, loaded on YouTube or Vimeo).
or
2. A podcast you’ve created (10 – 20 minutes).
B
A one- to two-page statement of intent (250 – 500 words). Tell us why you think you are meant to be in our program. What have you done in the past, related to your interest in radio, television, film or digital media and what do you hope to do in the future in our industry? Tell us how you see the Broadcasting Program helping you to achieve your goals. Include what areas of our program you are currently drawn to, and what you hope to explore. Please upload your file as a PDF document.
Optional
In addition to the above you can also submit a resumé that includes media related experience along with up to two letters of recommendation. Please upload as PDF documents. You may also add a link to your YouTube channel, to show more of your work than what’s asked for in the requirements above.
